Accessibility Statement

CareForce is used by care workers and office teams with a wide range of abilities. We want it to work for all of them.

Our goal

We aim for careforce.cloud and the CareForce platform to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Many care workers use CareForce on a phone, so we design for small screens, clear language and large touch targets.

What we do

Semantic headings and landmarks, and a skip-to-content link
Keyboard access and visible focus for interactive elements
Color contrast checks in light and dark themes
Respect for reduced-motion settings

Known limitations

Product illustrations on this site are decorative and hidden from screen readers. The text next to each one describes the feature.
